First across the line in Albert Park, Aaron and Catherine celebrate their much wished-for successful outcome. It took six days for our pre-auction negotiation to be completed and all signed up. Such negotiations can be made more difficult because sales prior to auction in a strong market environment have a greater opportunity to be scuttled by competing buyer interest and vendor optimism.
