From their first inspection, Hannah and Ken had determined this was the house for them. Unusually, selling agents Nelson Alexander in Carlton had scheduled a mid-week December auction for this fabulous home, no doubt due to already full Saturday programs. But this was no deterrent to the home attracting strong interest from buyers. Indeed, five contenders were in attendance. There was competition, but a clear and planned auction strategy on our part made the going much easier, as it invariably does for all clients.
