It’s no surprise David is smiling from ear to ear. He has just secured a gem of a property – that we helped him find and buy, in the heart of all the Elwood action. The property was scheduled for auction in mid-December, however we successfully pursued a purchase with selling agents Hocking Stuart “prior to”… Buying before auction is not always necessarily the best course of action to take. However in this case it was deemed appropriate and the subsequent negotiations spanning two days with the overseas vendor ended very well.
