Melbourne’s coronavirus lockdown has been a difficult time for everyone. One client however did not let it get in the way.
For our second time investment property search brief for Tim, we were looking for a large piece of land in the Coburg/Pascoe Vale area, with a “rentable” home sitting on it. Our phone calls to local agents produced the perfect property. In the absence of much buyer competition due to the lockdown, we negotiated the excellent purchase of a three or four town house site in Pascoe Vale South. Excellent location: excellent outcome.
