Lockdown in Melbourne in 2021 has had its testing moments. Buyers, sellers and estate agents have experienced multiple interruptions to the transactional process. However, during and around these times, James has successfully purchased an as new apartment in the heart of West Brunswick. Transport to “everywhere” and shops, are just minutes away, making for convenience and ease of living. James was referred to us by a family member and previous client of ours to assist in the negotiation of the sale. The purchasing process now complete, life returns to normal, but with Christmas 2021 enjoyed in his new home.
