… And Renowden Buyers Advocates is delighted to have now helped the family members purchase three times, in what is fast becoming a family tradition 🙂  Located in one of the areas top streets, the rear three bedroom townhouse was a dream-come-true purchase for the first home buyers. Private and quiet it had what many buyers are hoping to find.

The property was scheduled to be auctioned and our clients were organised and fully prepared for auction day. However, to our unexpected surprise, the home was passed-in on auction day. Following some keen post auction negotiations with the selling agents, Manning and Allison were soon signing contracts at a price that delighted them – and us. It was a very happy day all round for our first home buyer clients. Allison’s mother and father Rose and Michael were also delighted and Renowden Buyers Advocates is hoping a family tradition might continue in a few year’s time when their next daughter is in the property market!! 🙂
