We offer three (3) tailored services for our clients:

1/ You have found a property to buy and seek our guidance on how best to secure it. We advise and act on your behalf in the purchase. The Booking Fee for this service is $695 for up to two properties. A very competitive balance is payable upon a successful purchase for the client.
Auctions, Private Sales, Expression of interest (EOI), Other.
2/ Search. You require our full assistance in advising and helping you to locate and buy your home. We provide experienced advice, coordinate and liaise with agents – giving direction in the search. We act for you in the actual purchase. Your home buying journey is professionally executed and in this way produces the best opportunity for success. A Booking Fee of $2,750 gets us started for three months with you on your home buying search $2,750 with an excellent value balance of fee payable following a successful purchase.
3/ You wish to look for your home yourself. This is not our full “Search” service, but it provides access to us and a number of key features that are available to clients from that service; at a fraction of the cost. We provide you with important and timely key advice and guidelines from the start and during your search, on how to do it better. This is based on our own experience over many decades of successfully searching for and inspecting properties for clients. We will help you to decide on a better home (and not buy a “mistake”). During the process you will be able to contact us whenever you need to. This will improve the outcome considerably for you and give you confidence and purpose in your actions. When you have found a home you would like to buy, we will negotiate or bid at auction for you. Please contact us for more details.

- Meet to discuss preferred location, property type and budget. Discuss the process we will follow.
- Provide guidance and advice from the outset
- Co-ordinate inspections; appointments or open for inspections
- Maintain contact with agents on client’s behalf; seek new or “off-market” listings; as well as internet search
- Liaise regularly with client to keep updated and continue building market knowledge
- Suggest ideas along the way perhaps not yet considered
- Represent client in all negotiations or at auction

That is … Our introducing the best selling agent to sell your property. (This service does not conflict with our buying services)
Buyers can also be sellers and it is very handy to know the right people when you are selling your property. We are “in the field”, and know the successful agents. It’s the right combination of company and personnel at the company that makes the best selling arrangement, even better. The result is quality communications with quality outcomes.
Allowing us to assist with your selling agent introduction the introduction helps you to achieve the best outcome. Additionally, during your selling campaign we will be at arm’s length to give our independent opinion on any matters such as when offers are obtained, interpretation of activity etc. From the start, we also assist ensuring the sales commission rate charged is fair and the advertising (marketing) costs are kept to a reasonable minimum.
The good news is our vendor advocacy service is free to you. The selling agent will pay an “introducing” estate agent (that’s us) a referral fee in recognition of the new business introduction. We have assisted many past purchaser clients in this way (and vendors generally). Selling agents are very happy to receive business in this way. Excellent outcomes including top prices and excellent service are what we aim for with our clients.
