A Very Merri Ending For Emma In Fitzroy North
One of Emma’s big wishes was to buy a home close to the Merri Creek Trail for its scenic and recreational attributes. And today, following four and a half months of persistent looking, she did it! After many property inspections with not quite the right feel, location and floorplan, just the right home appeared: an established villa unit in a compact group of three with excellent leafy courtyard, right price range and just a stone’s throw to Merri Creek.
At the auction we were well prepared and three opposing bidders were “eased out of the competition” … Emma bought comfortably within her budget and the smiles haven’t stopped since! Well done Emma! 🙂
