It’s becoming a family tradition. Spanning eighteen years we have now helped purchase 3 houses: in Fitzroy, Thornbury and just recently Mentone, for three different family members. The last two homes bought were first homes for son Pat in Thornbury and on this occasion in Mentone for other son Sam and his partner Erin. A roomy 4 bedroom home, the couple are delighted to have made that first tentative step into the property market.

Whilst our first two involvements also included sourcing the right home as well as negotiating the eventual purchase, Sam and Erin had located this home themselves – a recent passed-in auction. Our role was to advise on buying procedure and negotiating the best price possible. All ended well. A four bedroom home in a bayside suburb is a very good place to start out in your home ownership and we are delighted to have been a part of their journey. Congratulations! 🙂
