Inspected earlier but then passed-in at auction last weekend, a well located first floor 2 bedroom apartment seemed almost destined to land in his lap. Ian had been putting the finishing touches to organizing finance and thus was limited previously in freedom of actions around negotiating.  But “in time and on budget”(!) we assisted Ian to negotiate a favourable purchasing outcome with the selling agents in the week following the auction.

Currently, the property market has uncertainty surrounding interest rates. Buyers are cautious and sales are moving more slowly as a result. But these market conditions allow for better buying due to less competition from other buyers actively competing. When a purchaser is ready to move while others hesitate, this presents opportunity . Real estate is the best asset you can own. Aside from being solid, it also provides you with somewhere to live: assets don’t come any more useful than that! Congratulations Ian 🙂
