Sealed With A Kiss … In West Brunswick

For Paul and Cait the competition and constant uncertainty finding a home is now over and what better way is there to seal the deal? This week, two properties emerged as strong contenders – one an auction this Saturday … But how to go about the process and ensure not missing out at both!? The home they hoped to win, was the one they succeeded in buying and we were delighted to have worked with both selling agents in assisting them navigate the outcome. Congratulations Paul and Cait – a terrific outcome.

“Bruce was initially recommended to us by an agent to help us bidding on an upcoming auction. His advice, assistance, patience, balance and warmth were enormously appreciated by us as we were trying to buy our first home.  Between an auction and private sale we’d shortlisted, we were anxious and stressed until talking to Bruce, who helped us navigate the situation calmly, focusing us on what was most important.  He listened without judgement, acting as a sounding board and trusted advisor offering his valuable insight and experience, helping us clarify our positions and situation. He was then able to communicate to the agents on our behalf in a much more effective manner than we could, and in an intense couple of days, led us to a fantastic outcome of the right house at the right price. Although brief, we have quickly come to think of him as a friend in addition to how extremely valuable it was to have him in our corner!  Thank you again for your help and guidance,”   Paul & Cait.
