A successful tennis coaching career for Michael has him serving and volleying his way around Caulfield and surrounding areas instructing the future Aussie champions in the finer art of “game, set and match”! At auction today – with a little help from Renowden Buyers Advocates, the prize was not a trophy, but a very fine period home.

The home was popular with multiple bidders competing for the many attractive features the property offered. Under sunny skies, the successful final bid was made securing the home for Michael. With the watchful eyes of his parents Russ and Gen. looking on at the match ( … and no doubt cheering quietly), there was relief at the much desired outcome when it arrived. It doesn’t matter who you are, there is always a level of anxiety and uncertainty at a public auction especially when your future home is at stake.

Michael has a great win … and it’s another success for us as buyers advocates helping a home buyer succeed in their home buying objective.
